Assessment - A cost-effective, fully validated screening tool that evaluates
a candidate's qualifications for a specific position. The Stanton Profile
measures an applicant's level of trustworthiness (conscientiousness and
dependability), service orientation, work motivation and adaptability.
Trustworthiness (TW) This scale describes the individual's ability to
act dependably on the job. Applicants who meet your company guidelines
on this scale are likely to be self-disciplined, fair-minded, conscientious
and socially responsible. They tend not to be impulsive or counterproductive.
Service Orientation (SO) This Scale measures the individual's ability
to relate to others. Applicants who meet your company guidelines on this
scale are likely to be outgoing and socially skilled. They may enjoy contact
with people. They are often good-natured, empathetic and willing to help
others.
Work Motivation (WM) Work motivation is defined as the interrelationship
between effort, performance and reward. Persons who meet your company
guidelines on this scale are likely to be willing and enthusiastic workers.
These persons are often self-directed, persevering and industrious. They
are likely to invest a high level of effort in the tasks they pursue.
Adaptability (AD) The Adaptability scale describes an individual's ability
to be responsive to the needs and demands of the work environment. Individuals
who meet your company guidelines are likely to enjoy doing a variety of
job tasks. For these individuals, ambiguity in the job situations tends
not to cause distress.
The Stanton Profile's choices of administration and retrieval of applicant
results are:
